Through the bikubo platform, we carry out access control for different types of events, and in particular, we have carried out the access control of the opponents to different calls for job offers carried out by different organizations
Ways to summon the Public Organism to the opponents
Currently, the different organizations generally have various ways of summoning opponents.
There are organizations that summon all opponents in a concentrated way in large pavilions, attending to the same several thousand people.
On the other hand, there are organizations that convene opponents in multiple centers of a smaller size (number less than 100 people per classroom), such as schools or institutes, where access control is simpler, through lists with public pronouncement in voice of the name, but requires more coordination work. There are organizations that convene in medium-sized university classrooms (hundreds of people per classroom).
Organization in small classrooms
For access in centers with people assigned by classrooms of schools/institutes, our system of control allows the following advantages to the organization:
- As there are many classrooms, applicants can take the wrong classroom, and with our control system, being scanned applicants, they are told if the classroom is correct or not (they could be told where to go).
- It is not necessary to knock on the doors, since it is directly controlled whether or not the access is valid. The entrance is speeded up and the accumulation of people at the doors is avoided.
- There are instant statistics of the people who are accessing by classrooms, by number of people, sex and other data that interests.
- Automatic sending of proof of attendance.
- It can be enabled to collect information from each opponent in the access.
Access in large pavilions or University classrooms.
A common way of working that we have done is the following:
- Step 1: The data of the applicants is inserted in the databases of our system. If the registration system generated a QR code for you, we also insert it as a control element. In case of not generate any QR code, they can be sent by mass mailing or by sms an accreditation for the access, with the data that needs to be displayed in it.
- Step 2: The applicants access the venue with the application that generates a QR code, or with the accreditation that we generate. Those who come without that request, A system for quick search and on-site printing of QR codes can be prepared for each venue.
- Step 3: Applicants access the pavilions and at the doors of access there are people who control access with reader scanners that tell them if access is correct or not, and if they have accessed before or not. This control system also allows validation against the server database and that of the device itself, in case there are coverage or other problems (it is a system that works as of plan B in case there are problems).
- Step 4: There are some counters that indicate how many people go entering each enclosure.
- Step 5: Once the access control is finished, statistics are generated immediately of the attendees (number of people who access, distribution by sex, level of studies, province of origin, age,...).
- Step 6: We have also been asked, once access the premises, and when they are carrying out the selective tests, they are scanned in situ one by one, in order to carry out traceability by COVID issues.
- Step 7: You can send attendance certificates by email to all applicants who actually attend the tests. This mass mailing can be done the same day of the tests.
- Step 8: Later we send access reports: by precincts and traceability matrices.
