Bikubo offers an affiliate system with great advantages for both affiliates and for event organizers. Below we describe how the affiliate system works:

Advantages for affiliates.

We propose a sales system that consists of an affiliate sharing the link of a form registration to an event (a concert, a festival, a party,...), and after the purchase by the attendee of the event, through of the shared link, the affiliate receives an economic amount, which he already knows in advance what it will be, since it is shown in the affiliate platform.

There is no cost to the affiliate, and all they have to do is share the links of the events you want to promote.

Registration as an affiliate.

The affiliate system is designed for those people who have the ability to reach a more or less high number of potential event attendees. They can be, for example, people who have a high number of followers on social media accounts, people with a high number of contacts in a student residence, in a University or in an institute, or people who work with Erasmus students, or websites with links to events,..

To sign up as an affiliate you just have to click on the registration button above, and enter the data requested. After that, you will receive an email to confirm the entered email. Finally, we will validate the information entered as soon as possible, and you will receive an email confirming the registration. So you can access the intranet and see the events available to share.

If you are an event organizer and want to increase sales and have a greater reach to possible attendees to your event, with the bikubo affiliate system you will be able to achieve both objectives.

There is no additional cost if you have no sales, since you only pay the price you set for every sale, no surprises.

With the bikubo affiliate network you can quickly access attendees to your event, since that by registering for the event with its relevant form, it is directly shown to the affiliate network. It's simple and immediately.

Registration as an organizer

To register as an organizer you just have to click on registration (enable link that leads to register of administrators), and fill in the data. After that, you will receive an email to confirm the entered email.

Once the email has been validated, you can operate any event manager normally, being able to carry out any operation that is reported on this platform, and in addition, you can enable online sales to your events with the use of affiliates.

In the form configuration you indicate the amount that you are willing for an affiliate to receive after the sale of each ticket.

Selling through affiliates

An affiliate registered and validated correctly, accesses the affiliate intranet with his user and password, and has a series of ticket categories that event organizers have enabled for them to receive an amount the affiliates after the sale. In this list of categories, a link to the form is shown for each one. with an affiliate identifier, so that an attendee, after completing the purchase of a ticket, this purchase will be associated with the affiliate.

This intranet also shows information about the sales made. Bikubo performs a transfer of the money that the organizers transfer to the affiliates corresponding to each sale, when the amount is exceeded pending transfer of the 100 euros. That is, when you have an outstanding balance to be transferred of 100 euros, a transfer to the bank account you have indicated on the intranet.
