MASSIVE SENDING OF ACCREDITATIONS
bikubo offers you the service of sending by email one to one automatically the accreditations from an Excel file, with reports of deliverability. In addition, after the mass mailing, a single PDF file with all the accreditations sent is generated, to be downloaded ready to be sent to print in the support you require for your event (cards, paper, PVC, ...). Upload an Excel file with the fields you want to show in each accreditation (name, company, position, ...), and the email associated with each assistant.

How to send massively the accreditations?
- Step 1: Register as a user. It's free
- Step 2: Register the event in your account
- Step 3: Add as many categories of accreditations as you need for your event (VIP, General, Speaker, ...)
- Step 4: Upload the JPG image of your accreditation, and insert in it with bikubo, if you need it a unique protection and identification element for each ticket (QR, Barcode), and then the text fields that you require for accreditation (name, company, job position, ...).
- Step 5: Upload an Excel file with as many rows as you want to generate accreditations, and the fields of each row, with the texts you want to show in each accreditation
- Step 6: Click on validate the uploaded Excel, which will indicate if you exceed or not the maximum number of accreditations of the PDF (can not exceed the balance of electronic accreditation that you have available), and also tell you if you leave any field unfilled. With the registration you have initially assigned 10 free accreditations, and you can increase the balance of accreditations at any time.
- Step 7: In a few minutes the accreditations are generated and sent, which are also available to be downloaded

After registration you immediately have 20 electronic accreditations. If you need more electronic accreditations, you can purchase them through the intranet according to the following prices:
