How to add a new event

The types of accreditations and ticket categories are associated with an event, and therefore, the first thing that must be done to generate tickets or accreditations, is to activate an event, in order to perform the controls of access, and also be able to associate statistics and reports.

Click on the Menu => Events => New

In bikubo the event is added first, assigning it a name, and a date of celebration, and at the same time it indicates if access control is going to require the ID and/or the name (if deemed necessary by the administrator).

It is also necessary to select the time zone of the celebration of the event, which is the GMT time of the area where the event is to be held, so that in the access reports, the correct times appear .

Once the event is activated, you can create so many categories of tickets or accreditations (VIP, Normal, Gate 1, Gate 2, ...) as the administrator consider necessary.
