How to create a ticket category

After naming the event in question from the Events => New tab, proceed to create the tickets, being able to add several categories or types of tickets.

It is now necessary to enter the identifying title of the ticket category (for example 'VIP Access'), the dimensions that the tickets will have (in mm width and height), and the number of sides to print (single is one-sided, and double is two-sided, with side b, the back, being static, meaning it will not have numbering or QR or barcodes). It is printed with the colors of the ticket category.

With the ticket category data entered, upload the front and back image(s) that the tickets will carry. The upload file cannot weigh more than 10 MB, must be JPG type, and the height/width proportions of the uploaded image must correspond to the height/width proportions of the previously entered ticket size. With the images loaded, click on 'Upload images', and go to the next screen.

In the creation stage of adding control elements, two groups of elements are shown:

Below these groups, the uploaded image is shown, with two resizable boxes on top of it.

To place the control element:

Keep in mind that the administrator can choose between placing a control element from group 1 or group 2, or none or both.

If you choose to place the numbering from group 2: click on the image in group 2, and that image is shown on the ticket image box. With the mouse you move the control element to the position you want it to be positioned, and putting the mouse on the corners of the control element, keep the mouse click pressed to make it larger or smaller so that you finally have the dimensions and position you want.

You can preview how the ticket image would look by clicking the 'Preview' button. Once you are satisfied with the final ticket image, click on 'Save changes and finish'. After this, we direct you to the ticket detail screen.
