After having named the event in question from the tab Events => New, you may proceed to create the tickets, being able to add several categories or tickets.
It is now necessary to enter the title of the ticket category (for example 'VIP Access'), the dimensions of the tickets (in mm width and height), and the number of faces to print (simple is on one side, and double on two sides, with face b, dorsal, static, meaning it will not have numbers or QR codes or bars). It is printed with the colors of the ticket category.
With the ticket category data entered, you have to upload the front/back image (s). You can not upload file more than 10 MB, it must be of JPG type, and the high/wide proportions of the uploaded image must match the height/width proportions of the previously entered ticket size. With the images loaded, click on 'Upload images', and go to the next screen.
In the creation stage of adding the control elements, two groups of elements are shown:
Below these groups, the uploaded image is displayed, with two resizable tables on top of it.
To place the control element:
Keep in mind that the administrator can choose between putting group 1 or group 2 control element, or neither or both.
If you choose to place the numbering of group 2: you click on the image of group 2, and that image is shown on the picture of the ticket image. With the mouse you move the control element to the position that interests you to position, and placing the mouse over the corners of the control element, you keep clicking with the mouse to make it larger or smaller so that you finally have the dimensions and position that interests you.
You can preview how the ticket image would look, by pressing the 'Preview' button. Once you are satisfied with the final image of the ticket, click on 'Save changes and finish'. After this, we will direct you to the ticket detail screen.
