After having named the event in question from the Events => New, you can create accreditations.
It is now necessary to enter the identification title of the accreditation (for example 'VIP Access') and the dimensions that the accreditations will have (in mm width and height).
With the accreditation data entered, you must upload the background image of the accreditation. You can not upload a file with more than 10 MB, it must be JPG-type, and the high/wide proportions of the uploaded image must correspond to the size/width ratios of the previously entered size. With the image loaded, click on 'Go to next step', and go to the next screen.
In the creation stage of adding the control elements, four possible control elements are shown: two of QR code with/without locator and two barcodes with/without locator, of which only you can choose an option. The choice of this control element is optional, but if you want to control access to an event with bikubo, your choice is mandatory.
When clicking on a control element, it is shown on the bottom image (the one selected and uploaded in the previous screen).
Below the control element are the texts that can be inserted on the accreditation. Click on 'Insert new text' to add a text in the accreditation. You can add up to 20 texts in the accreditations.
For each text, the following options can be selected:
Below the control elements and texts, the uploaded image is displayed, with resizable tables.
With the mouse you move each frame (control element or frame with text) to the position that you want to place and placing the mouse over the corners of that frame, you keep the click with the mouse to make larger or smaller the painting, so that you finally have the dimensions and position that interests you.
You can remove a text box entered by mistake, by clicking on 'Delete text'. If you delete a text box between two numbers, that is, if you have four texts for example and you eliminate field number 2, the following ones are reduced by one number, passing number 3 to be 2, and number 4 to be the 3.
You can preview how the accreditation image would look by clicking on the 'Preview' button. Once you are satisfied with the final image of the accreditation, click on 'Save and finish'. After this, we will direct you to the detail screen of the type of accreditation, so that you can carry out the operations you consider necessary.
