How to add an accreditation type

After naming the event via Menu => Events => New, proceed to create the accreditations; multiple accreditation categories can be added.

You must now enter the identifying title for the accreditation (for example 'VIP Access') and the dimensions the accreditations will have (width and height in mm).

With the accreditation details entered, upload the background image that the accreditations will carry. The uploaded file must not exceed 10 MB, must be JPG, and the height/width ratio of the uploaded image must match the height/width ratio of the size previously entered. With the image uploaded, click 'Save and proceed' and move to the next screen.

In the step to add control elements, four possible control elements are shown: two QR code options with/without locator and two Barcode options with/without locator, of which only one option can be chosen. Choosing this control element is optional, but if you intend to control access to an event with Bikubo, its selection becomes mandatory.

Clicking on a control element with the mouse displays it over the lower image (the one selected and uploaded on the previous screen).

Below the control element are the texts you can insert on the accreditation. Click 'Insert new text' to add a text field to the accreditation. You can add up to 20 text fields to accreditations.

For each text field, you can select the following options:

• Text to display. This is the text shown in the preview. In text field 1, for each accreditation to be generated, the text indicated in the corresponding column of the Excel file will be displayed, and so on up to field 20.
• Alignment. Texts can be left-aligned, centered or right-aligned. Each text from 1 to 20 may have a different alignment.
• Color. A set of colors is provided so each text can have the selected color.
• Font. A set of fonts is provided so each text can use the selected font.

Below the control elements and text fields, the uploaded image is shown with resizable boxes.

Use the mouse to move each box (control element or text box) to the desired position. By dragging the corners of that box you can resize it so that you finally have the dimensions and position you want.

You can remove a text box added by mistake by clicking 'Delete text'. If you remove a text box located between two numbers (for example, if you have four texts and delete field number 2), the subsequent fields shift down one number, with number 3 becoming 2 and number 4 becoming 3.

You can preview how the accreditation image would look by clicking the 'Preview' button. Once you are satisfied with the final accreditation image, click 'Save and finish'. After this, you will be directed to the accreditation type detail screen where you can perform any further actions you need.
