When an event is no longer active, and you want no more tickets or accreditations to be distributed, and that can not be validated with the bikubo app, but nevertheless you intend to keep the statistics of it , it is advisable to archive the event.
To archive an event, click on Menu => Events => Active => Title of the event in question => Archive.
In summary, this action performs the following:

Distributors can not distribute electronic event tickets, nor the administrator.

If a ticket or accreditation is validated by the app, it will show an error.

Event statistics are still showing.

The Attendant list is also still showing.

The event disappears from the list of active events, and is now displayed in the list of archived events.
You can reactivate the event by pressing 'Activate' on the corresponding event, from the list of Archived events. Activation of an archived event, makes the following changes:

The event disappears from the list of archived events, and is now displayed in the list of active events.

The electronic tickets of the event that the distributors had available before being archived, are available again, so that they can continue distributing.

The administrator can continue sending/generating tickets or electronic credentials.

If a ticket or accreditation is validated by the app that has not been previously validated, it will no longer show an error.
