Assign/remove printed tickets to a distributor
On the administrator's intranet, perform the following steps:

Press Menu => Events => Active => Title of the event in question => List of ticket categories => ticket in question (option - Assign/remove tickets to/from a distributor).

On this screen a ticket search engine is enabled that shows the information associated with the printed or electronic tickets generated. It would be enough to select the type of ticket (printed or electronic), and enter the identification number of the ticket (if it is electronic without the letter E). It is shown if the ticket has been assigned to a distributor, if it has been validated with the app, if it is canceled by the administrator, or it is valid to pick up by the app, or if it has an associated name/ID of an attendee.

To assign one or several tickets to a distributor, first select the distributor from the existing drop-down (when selecting it, it shows us information about the tickets assigned to it), select the option to assign or remove (depending on the operation that you want to do), the printed ticket type option. Printed tickets are numbered, and for the assignment you have to enter the range of printed tickets that you want to assign/remove, that is, the initial identification number to be assigned/removed and the final identification number to be assigned/removed (for example to the distributor A you want to assign the printed tickets of the VIP category ticket that are numbered from 10 to 55). Click on 'Save changes', and the operation is done.
