The electronic tickets of bikubo are useful to generate a pdf with the number of electronic tickets that you have available, having each page of the generated PDF a ticket with a QR code/of bars different each one.
In addition, electronic tickets are used to send your ticket by email to the attendees, both by the administrator and by distributors.
To buy electronic tickets, on the intranet press Menu => Buy electronic tickets.
The information of the available electronic tickets is given, as well as those that are assigned to the distributors to send attendees. A drop-down is displayed with the number of electronic tickets to be purchased with their price (taxes included), and you should select the option you want and click on 'Save order'. After that, you are redirected to the shopping cart.
In the shopping cart the requested orders are displayed, with their prices. If you need an invoice, click on 'Request invoice' before making the payment (if you do not do it at this time, you can also do it later). Select the payment option (Paypal carries a surcharge of 2% with a minimum of 1 euro, for the additional transaction costs), and click on 'Pay', and we will direct you to the corresponding payment platform.
After the payment, the number of electronic tickets is instantly increased by the selected amount.
