Cancellation/activation of electronic/printed tickets

You can void a valid ticket, and also activate a voided ticket.

• Press Menu => Events => Active => Title of the event in question => List of ticket categories => ticket in question (option - Check status / Cancel / Reactive tickets). A screen is displayed on the screen where you can cancel/activate tickets of a ticket category.
• On this screen a ticket search engine is enabled that shows the information associated with the printed or electronic tickets generated. It would be enough to select the type of ticket (printed or electronic), and enter the identification number of the ticket (if it is electronic without the letter E). It is shown if the ticket has been assigned to a distributor, if it has been validated with the app, if it is canceled by the administrator, or it is valid to pick up by the app, or if it has an associated name/ID of an attendee.
• To cancel/activate one or several tickets, select the option to Cancel or Reactivate (depending on the operation that we want to do), the option of type of printed or electronic tickets. The tickets are numbered, and for cancellation/activation you must enter the initial identification number to be canceled/activated and the final identification number to be canceled/activated. It is also allowed to select if the cancel/activate operation is performed on all tickets, or only on those that do not appear as not sold in bikubo. Click on 'Save changes', and the operation is done.
