The affiliate program is currently only available to affiliates who have tax obligations to fulfill in Spain, that is, with fiscal domicile in Spain.

By joining our affiliate program, you agree that these are the contractual conditions that both we must respect in our relationship from that moment on; us as an intermediary and you as an affiliate.
These conditions will be valid indefinitely and will be applicable to all registrations in the program membership. bikubo reserves the right to modify these conditions without this affecting membership registrations or affiliate activity prior to any of these changes.
The parties linked through this contract are, on the one hand, ZINKLOGIC FDP SOFTWARE AND SYSTEMS SL, with registered office at Avenida Aeropuerto 3, Córdoba (CP 14004), registered in the Mercantile Registry of Córdoba, with C.I.F. The bikubo affiliate program aims to generate web traffic and promote products and services of event organizers, by third parties. These third parties acquire the status of affiliates when signing up for the program through the bikubo.com website.

The application for registration in the affiliate program is free and does not require any type of investment economic by the member.
In the event that for any reason the affiliate needs to make an investment in order to develop his activity in the context of this program, this investment will be your sole responsibility. That is, if you need example make an investment to improve your website or to use marketing tools, this investment will only be your responsibility.
Any person, company or organization that meets the following requirements:
The applicant must be a natural person over 16 years of age or a legally constituted legal person (through the natural person who has the legal capacity to represent it), with full capacity to contract.

In order to complete the registration as an affiliate, it will be essential to create a customer account that allows the requesting access to the bikubo client area. The creation of this account is free.
It is an essential requirement that the applicant has a bank account in order to receive payments corresponding to the commissions derived from your activity as an affiliate.
bikubo will make payments in Euros (€) exclusively through bank transfers, and will not be responsible or make the payment through other channels if an affiliate cannot receive a payment due to not having a bank account.
The applicant must provide all the information requested in the account creation form customer, ensure that all these data are true and keep them correctly updated at all times, through sending emails to the account admin@bikubo.com.
In the process of creating the account, the applicant will indicate a username (it will be a email) and a password, which will be the data that will give you access to the client area, where you will find a section ‘Affiliates’ once bikubo has approved the affiliation application.
The applicant accepts the conditions set forth in this document once the "seen" has been activated in the box: "I accept the terms and conditions." in the registration application form of the affiliation program. bikubo reserves the right to deny registration in the program to any applicant or member who does not meet the necessary requirements described in the conditions of the program. None of the provisions described in these contractual conditions shall give rise to, nor shall it be construed that has given rise to the formation of a company or an employment relationship between the parties to the contract, which are bikubo (Zinklogic FDP Software and Systems SL) and the affiliate. Within the bikubo client area, the affiliate will have access to a section exclusively dedicated to affiliate program. In this section, the affiliate will be able to track their activity and find the unique URL that you can use for the promotion of services / products within the framework of the affiliate program.
In the 'Affiliates' section there are four sections: 'My data', 'Events', 'Payments', 'Sales' and ‘Tax information’.

In addition, the transfers made from bikubo to the affiliate are listed, with the following information: date of payment, amount paid, number of tickets paid, observations.
In the tax information section, the affiliate can consult or download the invoices that bikubo will issue automatically on behalf of the affiliate for each settlement, making use of the power of self-invoicing that the law gives you.
There is the possibility of downloading an Excel file with the fiscal data of the issued invoices.
In the event of a ticket sale for an event enabled by an event organizer that assigns commissions for affiliates, through the qualified link included in the affiliate supports, bikubo will reward to the affiliate with a commission for an amount equal to the amount indicated on the intranet (price of the commission with taxes included).
In cases where the application of taxes is applicable, this generated commission amount will be VAT will be added and the IRPF that applies in each case will be subtracted.
The affiliate will have the right to be assigned the indicated commissions provided that all and each of the following conditions:
The attendee of the event must have made the purchase of the ticket having accessed the website of bikubo through the affiliate's qualified link or unique URL.
When a ticket buyer accesses bikubo's website or website from the qualified URL or link, buyer, a variable identifying the affiliate will be included in the web page address. bikubo will transfer the amount pending transfer as long as the member has accumulated a minimum amount of €100. Bikubo staff checks daily if there are transfers to affiliates, and in the event that the affiliate detects that he has reached the outstanding amount of more than 100 euros, he can contact with bikubo via email admin@bikubo.com, to request payment.
If the affiliate revokes the authorization for the issuance of self-invoices by bikubo, it will be canceled affiliate status.
In compliance with the provisions of article 5 of Royal Decree 1619/2012, of November 30 (regulation that regulates billing obligations), the obligation to issue an invoice for the item 164, One, 3 of Law 37/1992 of December 28 on value added tax, can be complied with by recipients of the operations or by third parties.
Based on this regulation, the affiliate hereby authorizes bikubo so that it can issue invoices for the services provided by the member.
If the affiliate is obliged to apply an IRPF withholding due to personal conditions, You must update the corresponding percentage in your profile. You can do it by sending an email to the email admin@bikubo.com. In the event that the affiliate is obliged to apply the withholding of IRPF in your self-invoices and you do not have the correct information in your client file, we will not be able to settle the commissions generated until that data is corrected by you.
In the case of being subject to VAT, the invoice will add to the total to be collected the percentage of tax that corresponds according to current tax legislation.
bikubo will provide a copy of each invoice issued to the affiliate. Each of the invoices issued through this system must be examined by the member. If the affiliate does not communicate anything to bikubo regarding an invoice within a period of ten calendar days from its issue date, it will be considered that you accept it as correct that bill.
The terms and conditions of this contract will take effect from the registration of the affiliate and obtaining of your unique URL, link or qualifying link. Either party may terminate this contract with a notice of 5 days, and the affiliate must, once the contract has ended, remove from his/her support/s any link or bikubo bond. bikubo, for its part, must regularize all pending payments, thus ending any contractual obligation, without having anything else to claim by reason of the contract.
bikubo reserves the right to revoke the affiliate status of any member of the affiliate program, if any of the following reasons occur:
The affiliate agrees to comply with this contract and all the clauses described in it, from the when your registration in the affiliation program is confirmed. It will be the member's responsibility to update their web page, its contents and the information displayed in the supports that you use in the development of your activity as an affiliate.
bikubo will NOT be responsible for the breach of the legal obligations of the affiliate regarding his web page or the supports that you use in the development of your activity as an affiliate.
The affiliate agrees to keep its website operational for the duration of this contract, as well as the email address with which you will maintain communication with bikubo.
The affiliate agrees not to modify the links and codes made available by bikubo for the development of the service.
The affiliate is obliged to keep their personal data updated at all times. bikubo will not be responsible for any incident that may arise from the lack of updating of personal data, data related to billing and/or contact information by the affiliate.
bikubo undertakes to notify any substantial change in the contract sufficiently in advance. Affiliates who show their disagreement with these modifications exclusively have the right to request the settlement and termination of this contract, without any other type of claim.
If the affiliate does not notify bikubo about these changes within ten days natural from the communication of the same, it will be considered that you accept the new contracting conditions established after the applied modifications.
bikubo declines any responsibility for problems arising from lack of access or those inherent Internet connectivity or telecommunications networks when these originate from causes beyond its control or to causes that could not have been foreseen by the parties or that, even being foreseeable, bikubo has carried out all the reasonable efforts to avoid them, or that were considered to be fortuitous causes or force majeure.
bikubo will not be responsible for service failures that lead to data loss in the treatment system of information, or flaws in the security system or viruses or other harmful software components in the bikubo service.
bikubo will not be responsible for any error in the installation of the links on the affiliate's website nor of the function specified in the bindings. Any type of incident detected by the member that affects the normal operation of the system will be reported to bikubo so that it proceeds to correct it.
bikubo informs that for technical maintenance reasons, access to the application could be seen occasionally restricted, the member understanding that such maintenance work is necessary for the good service operation.
bikubo is the exclusive owner of all intellectual and industrial property rights over the different advertising media, computer programs, software developed for the affiliate program, and on the brands, logos, texts, creations, contents, and designs that are part of the program of affiliation.
You may not reproduce, distribute, transform, publicly communicate, transfer or use source codes of any of the applications, websites, developments or advertising media for purposes other than those stipulated in this contract. For all these reasons, bikubo reserves the right to act against anyone who is infringing its rights. of intellectual or industrial property.
The affiliate will not use any material made available for purposes other than those here subscribed, unless you obtain explicit, prior and written authorization from bikubo. The affiliate agrees not to use the advertising badges in any way that discredits or negatively represents bikubo, its image or their trademarks.
Upon termination of this contract for any reason, the affiliate will be completely disassociated from bikubo, The use of logos and banners or any reference to the brand, logos, anagrams, or any other element of industrial or intellectual property owned by bikubo.
bikubo does not guarantee the continuity of the affiliate program, so you can terminate it at any time settling pending payments. Each of the parties is responsible for the contents and links that include on your web page.
The data will be collected by bikubo or by the treatment managers designated by it, with the purpose of managing their incorporation and permanence in the bikubo affiliate program. Also, the data may be treated to send information about our products and services even by electronic means.
The registration data must be truthful. In case they were false, the user will not be able to be part of the affiliate program, reserving bikubo, or those in charge of data processing, where appropriate designated, the right to unsubscribe whoever fails to comply with this requirement.
In all matters relating to the protection of personal data, the affiliate program will be governed as established in the Legal Notice and the Privacy Policy of bikubo.
The affiliate will assume responsibility for the damages caused to bikubo by the Breach of the clauses contemplated in this contract, and specifically:
