Do you need a registration form with advanced options? With bikubo you can configure forms for registration to your events in a simple way, but with very advanced functionalities.
Bikubo offers you the possibility of integrating forms with or without a payment gateway, so that an attendee at your event, after filling out the form and make the payment, if it is paid, you will receive a ticket or a bikubo accreditation with QR/barcode that can be validated with our app. If your event is free, after each filling in of the form bikubo subtracts from your balance a ticket or an accreditation electronic, and nevertheless, if your event is paid for, bikubo establishes a commission based on the type of payment currency.
For the euro currency, the commission is 1.5% plus 0.35 euros on the amount of the tickets/accreditations, without subtract tickets or accreditations from your balance.
For the American dollar currency, the commission is 5% plus 0.15 American dollars on the amount of the tickets/accreditations, without subtracting tickets or accreditations from your balance.
For the Mexican peso currency, the commission is 5% plus 10 Mexican pesos on the amount of the tickets/accreditations, without subtracting tickets or accreditations from your balance.
For the Chilean peso currency, the commission is 5% plus 200 Chilean pesos on the amount of the tickets/credits, without subtracting tickets or credits from your balance.
So, if your event is free, and you have a balance of, say, 150 tickets, after filling in the data, the attendee subtracts one ticket, and 149 tickets would remain in balance.
If the event is paid for, and the ticket is priced at 10 euros, bikubo would charge 1.5% of 10 euros and would also add 0.35 euros, resulting in a final price to be paid by the assistant of 10.50 euros, and no ticket would be subtracted from the balance of electronic tickets.
If the event is paid for, and the ticket is priced at 10 American dollars, bikubo would charge 5% of 10 American dollars and would also add 0.15 American dollars, resulting in a final price to be paid by the assistant of 10.65 American dollars, and no ticket would be subtracted from the balance of electronic tickets.
If the event is paid for, and the ticket is priced at 150 Mexican pesos, bikubo would charge 5% of 150 Mexican pesos and would also add 10 Mexican pesos, resulting in a final price to be paid by the assistant of 167.50 pesos, and no ticket would be subtracted from the balance of electronic tickets.
If the event is paid, and the ticket has a price of 10,000 Chilean pesos, bikubo would charge 5% of 10,000 US pesos and would also add 200 Chilean pesos, resulting in a final price to be paid by the attendee of 10,700 Chilean pesos, and no ticket would be subtracted from the electronic ticket balance.
