General terms regarding privacy and personal data protection on bikubo.com. Automated processing of personal data. Acceptance of these terms implies the user's agreement and express consent to the processing of the data provided to BIKUBO through the portal bikubo.com
Through the registration procedure on bikubo.com the User provides BIKUBO with the following personal data (hereinafter, the "Personal Data").
ZINKLOGIC FDP SOFTWARE AND SYSTEMS SL. adopts the necessary measures to guarantee the security, integrity and confidentiality of the data in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 27 April 2016, regarding the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, and repealing the old LOPD, the new Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD).
The purpose of collecting and automatically processing the Personal Data is the maintenance of the relationship established in the General and Particular Conditions, the management, administration, delivery, expansion and improvement of the Services, the adaptation of the Services to the preferences and tastes of the Users, the design of new services related to the Services, the sending of updates of the Services, the sending of advertising related to the Services and to other products and services offered by BIKUBO or through BIKUBO currently and in the future, and the carrying out of direct marketing of such products and services. The purpose of collecting and automatically processing the Personal Data also includes sending survey forms, which the User is not obliged to answer.
BIKUBO will not disclose the collected data to any company, except with the express authorization of the person from whom the data are collected, in the data collection form.
BIKUBO guarantees that it has adopted appropriate security measures in its facilities, systems and files, as well as the confidential treatment of Personal Data in accordance with applicable legislation.
BIKUBO also guarantees the maintenance of the confidentiality of Personal Data and their secure processing in international transfers. Notwithstanding the foregoing, BIKUBO will disclose Personal Data and any other information in its possession or accessible through its systems to the competent public authorities when required in accordance with the legal and regulatory provisions applicable to the case.
By accepting these General Conditions, the User gives his/her express consent for the Personal Data to be incorporated into the Personal Data File and to be subject to automated processing by BIKUBO for the purposes indicated above.
Likewise, the User gives acceptance and authorization for BIKUBO to assign the Personal Data, including, where appropriate, the international transfer of the Personal Data, to the third parties indicated in Clause 4 for the purposes specified therein.
BIKUBO guarantees in any case the exercise by the user of the rights of access, rectification, erasure, information and opposition, under the terms provided in the applicable legislation. Therefore, in accordance with the provisions of the LOPDGDD, the user may exercise his/her rights by sending an express request, together with a copy of his/her ID, through the following means:
