How do I configure email notification reinforcement

From bikubo we allow you to send emails to attendees. The main idea of this section is to allow you to send a reminder email or directions to the attendees of your event.

The configurable fields are:

• The title of the email to be sent (for example: XI Congress Renewable Energy Congress).
• The body of the email to send (the information you want to communicate to the attendee, such as print this accreditation, hours, location, emails and phones, ...). You can include html in this body of mail, and you can preview it in this web editor.
• The email to which the attendee can respond (for example, organization@yourdomain.com), where the attendee can communicate the incidents they consider.
• The alias shown as the sender of the email (for example: Renewable Energy Congress).

To configure it you must click on Menu => Events => Active => Title of the event in question => List of tickets/accreditations categories => Advanced settings => Sending email reminder for attendees.

Once you set these parameters, you can test how the attendees would receive emails, by clicking on the button to test email, and you will receive a test email to the account administrator's email. You have 5 daily test deliveries to your email from the user account

We also emphasize that the email is sent to the recipient a first time from a shipping platform, automatically checking if it has been sent correctly. In case of blocking by the receiver, the same email is sent from another platform.
