How do I configure the email sent with the tickets/accreditations?

From bikubo we allow to configure certain fields that are shown in the emails that the attendees would receive with the tickets/accreditations attached.

The configurable fields are:

To configure it you must click on Menu => Events => Active => Title of the event in question => List of tickets/accreditations categories => Text on mail send.

Once you set these parameters, you can test how the attendees would receive emails, by clicking on the button to test email, and you will receive a test email to the account administrator's email. You have 5 daily test deliveries to your email from the user account

We also emphasize that the email is sent to the recipient a first time from a shipping platform, automatically checking if it has been sent correctly. In case of blocking by the receiver, the same email is sent from another platform.
