We define in this section the general concepts that will be used in the platform bikubo

Event: It is an event to organize/celebrate on a specific date. Example: a concert, a party, a conference, an exhibition, a congress, etc.

Ticket category: It is a type of access associated with an event, related to a ticket. Example: VIP, Normal, armchair, amphitheater, door A, door B, ... Tickets will be generated from each ticket category.

Ticket: It is a physical or electronic support that accredits the possessor access after the timely control of an event, associated with a predefined ticket category.

Accreditation category: It is a type of access associated with an event, related to an accreditation. Example: VIP, Normal, armchair, amphitheater, door A, door B, ... It differs from tickets in that it allows you to include text fields in it.

Accreditation: It is an electronic support that generates the bikubo platform, by email or pdf request, which allows the possessor access after the timely control of an event, associated to a predefined category of accreditation.
IMPORTANT: The ticket and the accreditation will be designed by the administrator and its file must have a series of characteristics:
Format .jpg
Maximum size 10 MB
Dimensions of the image according to the size of the ticket.
Sufficient space in the design for placement of the security element: QR, BarCode.

Electronic ticket: It is a ticket generated through the function of sending/generating a ticket to an attendee.

Printed ticket: It is a ticket generated through the request to bikubo of the ticket printing service, or through the pdf generation request with tickets (we understand from bikubo that that pdf to print is going to be taken to another trusted printer of the administrator).

Electronic accreditation: It is an accreditation generated by the function of sending/generating accreditation to an attendee, or by generating a pdf with accreditations.

Administrator: It is the user who registers on the bikubo platform, and also controls events, tickets and accreditations. He uses to be the promoter of the event.

Attendee: It is a person who owns a ticket (printed or electronic) or an accreditation associated with a category of an event.

Distributor: It is a user that registers an administrator, for distribution, by sending by mail or physical delivery of the ticket to the attendee.

Offline ticket sales: bikubo allows you to sell tickets offline, so that when the distributor (or the administrator) sends (by mail) or delivers ( physically printed) the ticket receives cash payment. Without intermediaries. bikubo offers exclusively the possibility of adding security to the tickets, without interest in the price of the ticket, nor commission on the price, nor any additional data.

Date of the event: It is the day that the event is scheduled and the tickets will be validated.

Time zone of the event: It is the GMT time of the area where the event will be held. It must be selected at the registration of the event, so that in the access reports, it adapts to the correct time zone.

Validator: It is the user of the bikubo app that access control door of an event, scan the tickets to check the validity of them.
