Management of waiting lists of attendees.

We have enabled a module so you can generate a waiting list of attendants for tickets or accreditations.

The waiting list can be generated automatically through the parameterization of the forms that you request, so that when an assistant completes the form, it is added to the list, or you can add previously saved list assistants or you can go adding one to one attendees to the list.

An example of the usefulness of a waiting list is that of events with limited places, and open enrollment process, you can select the attendees that can attend at your convenience, with greater ease and speed of management.

Also, if you have created a list of attendees that you think you will reuse in future events, you can add the attendees you consider to a saved waiting list or create a saved waiting list first, to add the attendees.

Below we explain the operation of the waiting lists. Each category of tickets / accreditations has its own waiting list, and it is accessed by clicking on Menu => Events => Active => Title of the event in question => List of ticket categories / accreditations => ticket / accreditation in question (option - Manage waiting lists).

Click on the button 'Add new assistant to the list' and a pop-up screen will appear, where you can manually enter the data and the assistant's email to the event you want. You can indicate the order number on the waiting list. The data that you fill in are the same that will appear in the list of attendees, and in the case of accreditations, fields 1, 2, 3, ... will correspond to the equivalents for the accreditation. The only mandatory data to fill is the assistant's email.

With the assistants listed on a waiting list you can perform a series of operations:

Click on the button 'Manage waiting lists tickets saved', to create, edit, delete or use the waiting lists that you have saved from attendees. Saved waiting lists serve you, for example, to manage attendees that are habitual to your events. The data of the assistants of a saved list, are the same as those of the waiting list of the category, as well as those of the final list of attendees.
