Reconcile sessions for a ticket / accreditation.

When you add a ticket / accreditation category to an event, in the validation menu of the app, you have the option to select that category to validate, so that when you scan a QR code / barcode, only the tickets / accreditations that have access to that category enabled.

With bikubo we allow you to enable a ticket / accreditation of a category to be allowed validation with the app or web validation, when another different category has been selected.

To enable a ticket / accreditation of a category to be validated with another category selected in the validator, select Menu => Events => Active => Title of the event in question => List of ticket categories / accreditations => ticket / accreditation in question (option - Advanced configuration). There all the categories of tickets and accreditations associated to the event are listed, and you can select the ticket / accreditation categories that you want to enable. You can select to apply the changes to the tickets / accreditations already generated. The new tickets / accreditations that are generated from the category in question, may be validated in all selected categories.

The tickets / accreditations can be validated in each category, the number of times allowed, that is, if a ticket / accreditation is enabled to be validated once in two categories, say A and B, it can be validated with the option selected in the validator once in category A, and once with the selected category B option.

Some uses of reconcile the categories of tickets can be:

• The case of having an event three days, having four types of tickets: access to day 1, day 2, day 3 and every day. When you configure the access category of every day, you can select in this option to reconcile your validation in the other three categories, so that in the validator when you select day 1, you can enter the attendees who have the day entry 1 and every day. So with the rest of days.
• Another utility can be to register different categories of ticket / accreditation (suppose General and VIP), to which the tickets / accreditations are associated to generate that will go to use the assistants to the event. Subsequently, there are as many categories as there are sessions to be controlled (for example, registration, conference 1, conference 2, ...). Once the sessions to be controlled have been registered (with the ticket / accreditation category utility), the categories of tickets / attendant credentials can be enabled access to the session categories (for example, the General category is enabled for the session registration and conference 1, and the VIP category for sessions registration, conference 1 and conference 2). In this way there would be categories to generate the assistants, and categories to control the access sessions.
