bikubo provides tickets that can be assigned to specific people by full name, and can even include an ID to prevent fraud, unauthorized resale and misuse. This system guarantees a fair exchange process for both buyer and seller.

How can I change the name on a ticket I have already purchased?

You must contact the event promoter/seller from whom you purchased the tickets; they are the ones authorized to make changes to named tickets.

Remember that once the ticket name has been changed, the previous ticket (with the old name) will lose validity and will not be recognized by the validators at the venue entrance.
