Numbered seating diagrams

If the place where you are going to hold your event has numbered seats, you can ask us to make a map with the seats (seating), so that attendees can select the seats to purchase.

With the use of a reserved seat map you can sell tickets for specific seats for all types of events, from concerts to corporate events. The person attending the event knows in advance the place where it will be located.

With bikubo seating you have two simultaneous seating allocation platforms:

  1. You can assign numbered seats directly as an organizer, manually to the attendees of your event, according to the needs of your event.
  2. This manual assignment system is compatible with simultaneously enabling a platform where the attendees themselves choose or buy the seats of the place.

In this way, on your intranet as an organizer you will have two web links, which will give you access to one and another seat selection platform.

When a seat is assigned to an assistant through a platform, it is no longer available to the other, so there is no problem of double assigning the same seat to different assistants.

To generate a seat map of an event, you must request it by sending an email to admin@bikubo.com, and we will contact you. When generating the seat map, you can indicate the seats that will be reserved for distribution only by the organizer platform (they will be shown as not available on the assistant's selection platform).

Bikubo seating consists of a general diagram, which is composed of one or more sectors. Each sector consists of rows and columns, to which the seats are assigned. Each seat can have the name you consider necessary: related to a row name and a column name, include the name of the sector or the specific data you need. In the ticket that the wizard receives, the data you indicate will be shown, since the bikubo accreditation system will be used, which allows up to 20 variable fields to be included in the ticket / accreditation sent.

Once a seat map has been generated for an event, the organizer is allowed to duplicate the event, so that a new event would be created by copying the initial data: the same ticket and accreditation categories, the seat map, with the same price data and ticket / accreditation categories. In this way, if you plan to hold an event for several days with each ticket having access to a single day (for example a play that is repeated for several days in the same venue), once the event has been set up once, You can duplicate the event, and thus have a different seating map for each date to celebrate the event. Each attendee would have access only to the event from which he acquires the access ticket.

Another aspect of bikubo seating is that from the manual seating assignment platform of the organizer you can reserve seats, so that you can only assign or delete the reservation through the manual assignment platform of the organizer, and those seats Reserved will be shown as not available for the online selection platform of the attendees. Then you can leave them as free through the intranet.

You can parameterize different aspects in our seating: the maximum number of tickets to be reserved before the purchase by a buyer, the maximum time that the buyer has to finalize his purchase and thus release reserved and unpaid seats for other buyers, the names of the rows and columns of the sectors, the names of each seat.
