bikubo offers you the service of sending tickets by mail to the attendees of your event (individual or massive uploading an excel), so that each assistant can print them, or show them directly on your mobile.

Prices
After registration you immediately have 20 electronic tickets. If you need more electronic tickets, you can purchase them through the intranet according to the following prices:

How does the account administrator send a ticket by whatsapp or by email to an attendee?
- Step 1: Sign up. It's free.
- Step 2: Create the event in your account.
- Step 3: Add as many types of tickets as you need for your event (VIP, normal, reduced...)
- Step 4: Upload a JPG image for your ticket (you can choose any image) and protect it with bikubo, add a security element and a unique identifier for each ticket (QR, Barcode, locator, numbering...)
- Step 5: To send the ticket by whatsapp, first click on generate ticket, and then click on 'Send by whatsapp', and then send the ticket download link to the attendee.
- Step 6: The distributor enters the email and bikubo sends a mail with the event ticket attached. You can send a maximum number of tickets equal to your available electronic ticket balance. With the sign up, we assign you 20 free tickets, and you can increase the ticket balance in any moment (see prices).
- Step 7: On-site event validation is done using the bikubo app, taking advantage of all the benefits (statistics, security, anti-resale, cancelling management...) of the system
How to send massively tickets?
- Step 1: Sign up. It's free.
- Step 2: Create the event in your account.
- Step 3: Add as many types of tickets you need for your event (VIP, normal, reduced...)
- Step 4: Upload a JPG image for your ticket (you can choose any image) and protect it with bikubo, adding a security element and a unique identifier for each ticket (QR, Barcode, locator, numbering...)
- Step 5: Upload an Excel file with as many rows as tickets you want to generate, with the email, and name and ID if you see fit, of the assistant.
- Step 6: Click on validate the uploaded excel, which will indicate if you exceed or not the maximum number of tickets in the pdf (can not exceed the balance of electronic tickets you have available). With the registration you are initially assigned 20 free electronic tickets, and you can increase the balance of tickets at any time.
- Step 7: In a few minutes tickets are generated and sent that are also available on your intranet to be downloaded.
