Validation configuration.

If the configuration option for a category of tickets / accreditations is enabled, you can configure whether at the moment of validating the accreditations, only the entry of the attendees is controlled, or if you also want to control the entry and exit of the accreditations of this category. In case of selecting entry and exit control, when validating a ticket the green screen is shown when it is entered, and blue when it is output. And also, when you validate a ticket / accreditation, if you have a checkpoint that has the option to control entries, if another person has entered before without going out, the error message is displayed, and vice versa, if the control point has the option to control the exit, and the entry of the ticket has not been validated, the error is shown that nobody has entered before with that ticket / accreditation.

Another aspect to configure of the validation is the number of valid validations allowed per ticket. In this way, you can allow the same ticket / accreditation to be validated the number of times you consider necessary.

The usefulness of this type of control is if for example you intend to control the instantaneous capacity of an event, so that you control the entrances and exits of the people, so that the number of people exists at all times. In addition it can also serve to allow the departure of the attendees of the event, and its subsequent entry with the same control system (card, bracelets, ...).

The tickets / accreditations can be validated in each category, the number of times allowed, that is, if a ticket / accreditation is enabled to be validated once in two categories, say A and B, it can be validated with the option selected in the validator once in category A, and once with the selected category B option.

To configure the number of validations allowed and the entry and exit for a ticket / accreditation category, select Menu => Events => Active => Title of the event in question => List of ticket categories / accreditations => ticket / accreditation in question (option - Advanced configuration). For accreditations the default configuration is enabled, while for tickets it is necessary to request it to bikubo by email to admin@bikubo.com.
