The tickets you generate with bikubo can have numbering (single or double) and a QR code. Adding a QR code with bikubo to your printed tickets gives you a series of features with which you can improve the management of your events.

Forgery-proof tickets. Each QR is unique: if a ticket is copied, only the first person presenting that QR will be able to enter.

It is important for an event organizer to keep track of the number of sales made for each ticket category. For this we offer different features:

All tickets and cards you generate with bikubo can have a QR or barcode enabled, which serves as an individualized access control element.

Our access control system allows for highly customizable configuration, which can adapt to many of our clients' needs. Below are a series of features we offer:

Collection of attendee information at control points

Sometimes, it may be necessary to collect certain information from the attendee at a control point. For example, in a marathon race, during the delivery of bibs it may be interesting to collect information from each athlete to take into account later (such as a medical questionnaire and collecting the athlete's signature).

Then, at that control point, when the athlete is scanned, the form would be displayed on the tablet or mobile, and the data would be filled in. The administrator can download all the collected data.
