Control of completed sales

It is important for an event organizer to keep track of the number of sales made for each ticket category. For this we offer different features:

There is a sales statistics panel by dates and by distributors, for each ticket category. You can view the statistics or download them in Excel files.

There is a parameter in the intranet of each category that allows you to indicate the maximum number of tickets to be distributed for each category, which includes both online sales and distributor sales, so that when that number is reached, no more sales are allowed.

For online sales forms, you can set the maximum number to sell for each category.

You can assign distributors the maximum number of tickets to distribute for each category.

Establishment of access control points

All tickets and cards you generate with bikubo can have a QR or barcode enabled, which serves as an individualized access control element.

Our access control system allows for highly customizable configuration, which can adapt to many of our clients' needs. Below are a series of features we offer:

Create as many control points as you need (Door A, VIP area, bus, bar, etc.) and define which categories have access to each one.

Configure by control point: maximum number of validations, allowed or restricted dates and times, and active periods.

Set conditions between accesses (for example, prevent validating a drink if entry was not previously made through Door A).

Group several control points and limit the number of validations for the entire group (ideal for multiple doors).

Define entry and exit control points to count capacity in real time. The system warns if someone tries to enter or exit without meeting the conditions.

Check at any time the number of validations per point and share access with other users via a link.

Access control validation systems

We adapt to the different situations that may arise, especially regarding the number of attendees at an event and the internet coverage conditions for access validation. Therefore, you have different control systems to validate attendee access with bikubo.

Basic mobile app (Android/iOS): Allows you to scan QR codes with the device's camera. It is fast, simple, and is activated with the user and password from the intranet.

App with Bluetooth reader: Compatible with barcode or QR readers, offers ultra-fast reading ideal for events with large crowds. Turns your mobile into a professional reader.

Web version: From a browser and with a Bluetooth or wired reader, allows you to validate access very quickly, also perfect for events with many attendees.

If your venue has turnstiles, we can integrate them to validate access directly with our databases.

System that works with or without an internet connection: Just download the tickets when there is a connection and continue validating offline without interruptions.

Collection of attendee information at control points

Sometimes, it may be necessary to collect certain information from the attendee at a control point. For example, in a marathon race, during the delivery of bibs it may be interesting to collect information from each athlete to take into account later (such as a medical questionnaire and collecting the athlete's signature).

Then, at that control point, when the athlete is scanned, the form would be displayed on the tablet or mobile, and the data would be filled in. The administrator can download all the collected data.

Integration with your website for sending and validating tickets.

If you already have your own online ticket sales system, and what you need is automation to send our tickets directly to the buyer, we have an API that can be integrated into your Woocommerce or Shopify platform.

After each operation on your platform, it can communicate with ours and certain actions can be performed.
