bikubo offers you the use of our access control app for free, to validate the tickets generated with bikubo or other platforms.
You can perform access validation with the app installed on as many devices as you need.
What applications do you have for access control?
You can control access to your event by scanning QR codes with our apps, or you can use our counting app without scanning.
bikubo and bikuboBT are two apps from bikubo.com that allow event organizers to control access to tickets/badges generated through the bikubo platform. You can use either of our two apps. The bikubo app works with your mobile phone's camera, and bikuboBT works with devices that integrate speed reading.
Both apps allow you to work offline, with tickets downloaded in advance.

You can Scan barcodes or QR codes.
The bikubo-counter app lets you know the capacity of your event at all times. You don't scan QR codes; instead, you can easily increase or decrease capacity by pressing buttons. You can learn more about using this app at the following link:

Functioning
- Step 1: Download the app
- Step 2: Log in with your username and password
- Step 3: Scan the QR code or the barcode of each ticket in the control access the day of the event.
- Step 4: The system will show you if the ticket is valid or not.
- Step 5: It allows you to introduce a locator as an aditional element of security.
- Step 6: You can work offline.
