How to add observations to tickets/credentials/cards in validations

At the time of validation you can enable the option to collect observations associated with the attendee, so that the collected information is then displayed in the attendance report. For example, you can collect information such as 'accompanied by 2 other people', 'interested in obtaining information about robotics topics', 'comes as a substitute for the holder',... You can also configure an observation collection form, enabling different types of fields (text, dropdowns, signature collection, images,...).

There are therefore two ways to collect observations, a simple one, with a single general observation collection field, without needing to perform any additional configuration, and another one in which a form adapted to your needs is configured.

On the app screen after validating, the validation result is displayed (if the ticket/credential/card is valid, or there is an error), and in the simple collection, it enables a text box for collecting observations, with a button to apply the collection, and if you have opted for a specific form, the fields for collecting the information will be displayed.

In the simple collection, the information associated with the attendee (name, ID, field 1, field 2,...) is also displayed. The collected values are shown in the Excel file of the attendee list.

Following these steps you can collect observations in validations:

You can add a password for each control session, so that validators must enter the password to be able to collect observations (they will only need to enter it once for the same session). Using this password, you can enable, for example, that exhibitor stands serve as a control session, and only each exhibitor of their own stand can see their information, and not that of other stands.

To configure a custom information collection form, you must first select the 'COLLECTION WITH FORM' option, and click save configuration. Then you click on 'Form editing', and it takes you to a page where you can perform different form configurations.

First, you can enable whether previously collected data is displayed or not, and if enabled, select whether it is displayed in ascending or descending chronological order.

Next, you can display information and images on the form, if you see fit. Finally, you must add the fields you want to collect from the form, with the different configuration options for each field (mandatory or not, field type, maximum lengths,...).
