For tickets
Add the 'Observations' that you consider necessary to the tickets, so that when they are validated with our app these observations are displayed on the screen. For example, you can add observations such as: 'Notify the manager when this ticket is validated', or 'Assign special seat to this attendee', or 'Give drink voucher to the attendee'.
You can add observations to a ticket or to a range of tickets, following these steps:

1. Click on Menu => Events => Active => Title of the event in question => List of ticket categories => ticket in question (option - Add observations to tickets). A screen is displayed where you can add observations to the tickets of a ticket category.

2. On this screen, a ticket search engine is enabled that shows the information associated with the printed or electronic tickets generated. You just need to select the type of ticket (printed or electronic), and enter the ticket identification number (if electronic without the letter E). It shows if the ticket has been assigned to a distributor, if it has been validated with the app, if it is cancelled by the administrator, or is valid to be collected by the app, or if it has an associated name/ID of an attendee.

3. To add observations to one or more tickets, we select the option of printed or electronic ticket type. As the tickets are numbered, the initial identification ticket number and the final identification ticket number to add observations are entered. Below, in the text field, the text with the observations to add is entered. We click on 'Make changes', and the operation is completed.
When a ticket is sent by email to an attendee, on the same sending screen you can add the relevant observations.
For credentials
For credentials, observations can be indicated in the data upload Excel file. If you later want to add observations to credentials, it must be done one by one from the attendee list screen.
