The administrator and distributors have intranet modules to send individual emails, WhatsApp messages, or SMS to event attendees. They can also send in bulk by uploading an Excel file to deliver tickets by email or SMS. This lets you send tickets quickly and easily.

Distributor managers you authorize can also send in bulk using an Excel file to email or SMS attendees.

Access control

Establishing access control checkpoints

All tickets and badges generated with bikubo can include a QR or barcode to serve as an individualized access control element.

Our access control system is highly configurable to adapt to many customer needs. Below are some of the features we offer:

Create checkpoints
Create as many checkpoints as you need (Gate A, VIP area, bus, bar, etc.) and define which categories have access to each.
Configuration
Configure per checkpoint: maximum validations, allowed or restricted dates and times, and active periods.
Conditions
Set conditions between accesses (for example, prevent validating a drink if the user did not enter previously through Gate A).
Group validations
Group multiple checkpoints and limit the total number of validations for the group (ideal for multiple gateways).
Entrance and exit
Define entrance and exit checkpoints to count capacity in real time. The system alerts if someone tries to enter or exit without meeting the conditions.
Check validations
Check the number of validations per checkpoint at any time and share access with others via a link.
