How do I configure the email sent with tickets/accreditations

From bikubo we allow you to configure certain fields that are displayed in the emails that attendees would receive with the attached tickets/accreditations.

The configurable fields are:

• The email title to send (for example: Accreditation XI Renewable Energy Congress).
• The email body to send (the information you want to communicate to the attendee, such as print this accreditation, schedules, location, emails and phone numbers,...). You can include html in this email body, and you can preview it in this web editor.
• The email to which the attendee can reply (for example organization@yourdomain.com), being there where the attendee can communicate to you the incidents they consider.
• The alias shown as the email sender (for example: Renewable Energy Congress).

To configure it you must click on Menu => Events => Active/Archived => Title of the event in question => List of ticket categories / List of accreditation categories => Sending email text.

Once you configure these parameters, you can test how attendees would receive the emails by pressing the test email button, and you will receive a test email to the account administrator's email.

This email configuration module is only available if you have previously made a payment on the platform, even if only once.

We also highlight that the email is sent to the recipient a first time from a sending platform, automatically checking if it has been sent correctly. In case of blocking by the receiver, the same email is sent from another platform.
