Enable or disable access for cards.

With bikubo you can enable or disable permissions for all users of each card category, massively for access control to the different sessions of the active events you have.

To access the module that allows you to do what is indicated above, click on Menu => Cards => Card in question (option - Enable/disable access).

Once you access the module, the allowed access is shown generally for all users of this card category. The enabled control sessions are shown with the check active. Keep in mind that individually you can modify, or have modified it from the user list of that card category, and it is not shown there, the particular case, but the general configuration of the category.

In this module, if there is a disabled session, and you enable it for access, it will be applied to all users of this card category, and if there is an enabled session and you disable it for access, the change will also be applied to all users of this card category, so if individually you want some or some of the users not to have the applied permissions, you must make the changes individually for each one, after this massive change.

If you leave the option 'Enable users for all new sessions' checked, after each registration of an access control session, it is automatically enabled for users of that card category.

When you enable a session for the card category, those users can be validated according to the access validation configuration of the session (validation dates, maximum number of validations, daily validation,...). The configuration of an access control session is explained in the link Validation configuration.

You can also assign specific permissions to each user, for access controls to each event and session. To do this, access the attendee list screen, for a card type of an event, follow these: Click on Menu => Cards => Cards in question (option - User list). On this screen you can select the access control sessions from the existing list for each event. You can allow validation to be performed on one or more specific dates, for which card access validation is allowed. If you select the date, you must also indicate the maximum number of validations allowed for that date. If on the contrary, you do not want to indicate a date either because you do not want it to be limiting for access control, or because you want to allow valid daily access, select the option 'Allow validation any day', and in this case you can indicate the maximum number of validations for the day it is validated, and you can also check the option 'For each validation day' if you want to enable the number of validations entered daily. The other option is to enable validations according to the day of the week. So, you can enable validation so that for example the number of validations you indicate on Monday, another number of validations on Tuesday, and so on until Sunday, enabling the days you consider appropriate. Finally, you can also indicate the dates for which validation is not allowed, so that if the card is validated on that date, the system indicates that validation is not authorized.

The order in which you perform the card access permission configuration is important, as it is being indicated, when enabling or disabling control sessions for the category, it affects the previous configuration that all users of the category have or do not have.

That is, suppose a session was disabled for the card category, but was enabled for a specific user A and with a special validation configuration (for example this user had the configuration of enabled permission a specific day, and however the default access configuration of the session is that it allows access daily, user A will change to daily access permission). Therefore we recommend that the following order be followed for access permissions:

1) Configure the validations of the different control sessions (generally it will be done in the advanced configuration of the control points, or in those of ticket or credential categories as appropriate).

2) Configure the enabled sessions for the card category.

3) If there are users who have specific permissions, go to the user list of the corresponding category, search for the user in question and perform the configuration that corresponds to them.
