List of users for a card category

To view the user list screen for a card type, follow these steps: Click on Menu => Cards => Card in question (option – List of users).

On this screen there is a user search engine. Search is allowed by field (from 1 to 20) or email.

The list shows the following data: Fields 1 and 2, the email, the status (CANCELED, ACTIVE), and finally the date and time of validation (if it has been validated by the bikubo app).

For each user the following actions can be performed:

• Resend an email with the card to the attendee.
• Download the card.
• View the data associated with the card.
• Edit the card data, and after that you can regenerate it by clicking download, or to add observations.
• Delete the card, leaving it as invalid in access controls.
• Modify the specific permissions of each user, for access controls to each event and session.
• Send the card to print.

From this screen you can download an Excel with the user data, with the validations of last accesses made, and all the attendee data.
