Upon request from an administrator, and after budget approval, the administrator intranet can be configured to enable more options.

Among other options, we have these solutions for validating bikubo tickets/credentials:

• Tickets/credentials that can be validated an unlimited number of times. This may be necessary, for example, as an access card system (gyms, offices, nightclub VIP passes,...). A specific validity period can also be established.
• Tickets/credentials that can be validated a specific number of times. This may be necessary, for example, as a voucher or multi-use ticket system (for example, 10 consumptions of a product, a 5-session beauty package,...).
• Tickets/credentials that can be validated to allow entry and exit from a venue/event a specific number of times. This can be useful, for example, for staff time control, to control the instantaneous capacity of an event (by knowing how many enter and how many leave), to allow access to an event a specific number of times,...
• Tickets/credentials that can be validated a specific number of times, with a counter that repeats cyclically. For example, having a loyalty card so that every 5 sessions, the next one is free or has a discount. The app would show the number of validated sessions, and when it reached the sixth, the free one, it would reset to zero for the next cycle. The advantage of this card is to keep statistical control, which allows making decisions at the marketing level.

Whatever system you need, you can propose it, and we will provide you with a custom solution.

For each configuration that is established, the system would collect the date and time of each validation, with reports and statistics of the validations, to be configured upon request from the administrator.

NFC. The Bikubo App has an NFC encoding reader, so it can work with NFC tags, cards or wristbands.
