Selling with distributors

bikubo allows you to use a sales system with distributors or PR agents, combining the traditional ticket distribution system with control over the entire process.

If I use printed tickets, whether requesting printing from bikubo or generating the PDF and printing on our own, I can assign tickets to each PR agent and hand them over in person. The process will allow me to statistically control the entire sales process, and cancel or reassign tickets if necessary.

If I use electronic tickets, the assignment has the additional advantage that there is no need to deliver the ticket in person. The process is streamlined and printing costs are also saved.

What can I do with this system?

Assign/cancel/reassign tickets, which means I can easily distribute tickets among my network of PR agents.

What ticket categories are compatible?

Printed tickets: Distribution is done in person (by hand), but from the administration panel I assign the ticket number to each distributor. Advantage: Once the tickets are delivered I don't lose control over them. I can cancel the tickets for which I have no record of receiving payment.
Electronic tickets: The assignment is done directly from the administration panel. Subsequently, each PR agent has access to send their ticket to the attendee via email or WhatsApp. Advantage: The sale does not require prior printing of tickets. Cost savings. The user can print or use the ticket from their mobile phone.

What happens if a PR agent needs more tickets?

I assign more quantity to them. In the case of electronic tickets, this process is very simple and immediate.
