Sending/generation of an electronic accreditation of an accreditation type to an attendee of my event.

In the intranet you should follow these steps:

Click Menu => Events => Active => Select the event title => Accreditation categories list => Select the accreditation (option – Send ticket to an attendee). The screen for performing this function will be shown.

You can send a PDF with the accreditation to the attendee, or simply generate it so it appears here or in the attendee list.

The accreditation to be generated has a number of variable text fields depending on how the accreditation was configured. However, it is allowed to save up to twenty fields of information associated with the attendee, in case you require that information to appear in the final attendance report. In this way you can include, for example, the attendee's first name, last name, company, position, phone, website, LinkedIn, ...

If the event administrator enabled the option to insert one or two images when creating the accreditation category, the option to select a JPG image from your PC will be enabled. When you click the select button and choose the image, it is uploaded and displayed in the browser, and you will be able to crop the section to include in the accreditation. By default, the section to insert in the image keeps the proportions that were set at creation time, but if you want to freely choose the section within the uploaded image, send us an email at admin@bikubo.com.

The observations field is enabled so that when validated with our app, that information entered in this field is displayed, in case some action needs to be taken at the time of validation by the Organization. For example, suppose the information 'Notify the Organization' or 'Deliver specific documentation to this attendee' is entered — the validator, when validating, will be able to take the displayed actions.

Whether you send the accreditation by SMS, email or WhatsApp, or simply generate it, the accreditation remains available in the attendee list.

In the case of sending by email, a text box is enabled to enter the email address. Enter the data and click 'Send ticket'. Confirm in the popup that the email has been entered correctly, and an email with the accreditation attached will be sent.

In the case of generation and display on screen, enter the data if necessary, and click 'Generate ticket'. Confirm the popup message, and a link to download the PDF will be generated and displayed. The sent PDF has the size in mm indicated when the accreditation was created, in case you want to print it with a printer adapted to that size.

If you need to send the accreditation via WhatsApp, enter the data if necessary, and click 'Generate accreditation'. Confirm the popup and click the window that appeared below 'Send link via WhatsApp'. This will show the contact list so you can select who you want to send the accreditation download link to. The attendee only needs to click the link and the accreditation will be downloaded, which they can show for validation with our app or by web validation.

In the case of sending by SMS, a text box is enabled to enter the phone number. Enter the data and click 'Send ticket'. Confirm the popup message, and if you have sufficient SMS balance and the phone/cell number has been entered correctly, an SMS with the accreditation attached will be sent.
