Sending/generation of an electronic card to a user.

In the intranet you must follow these steps:

Click on Menu => Cards => Card category in question (option - Send card to a user). The screen where this function is performed is displayed.

You can send a PDF with the card to the user, or simply generate it so that it is shown to you here or in the user list.

The card to be generated has a number of variable text fields, depending on the registration of the card. However, it is possible to save up to twenty information fields associated with the user, in case in the final attendance report you require that information to be displayed to you. In this way you can include for example the name, surnames, company, position, telephone, website, linkedin, ... of the user.

The observations field is enabled so that when validated with our app, the information entered in this field is displayed, in case it is necessary to perform some action at the time of validation by the Organization. So for example, suppose you enter the information 'Notify the Organization' or 'Deliver Specific documentation to this user', and the validator when validating, will be able to perform those actions shown.

Whether you send the card by email or just generate it, the card remains available in the user list.

In the case of sending by email, a text box is enabled for entering the email. You enter the data and click on 'Send ticket'. Confirm in the popup message that you have entered the email correctly, and an email is sent with the card attached.

In the case of generation and display on screen, you enter the data if necessary, and click on 'Generate ticket'. Confirm the popup message, and a link is generated and displayed for PDF download. The PDF sent has the size in mm indicated in the card registration, in case you want to print it with a printer adapted to it.

In case you need to send the card via WhatsApp, you enter the data if necessary, and click on 'Generate card'. Confirm the popup message and click on the window that has appeared at the bottom "Send link via WhatsApp". In this way you will be shown the list of contacts so you can select who you want to send the download link of the card to. The user only needs to click on the link and the card will download, which they can show for validation with our app or for web validation.
