When registering a new ticket/credential/card through an Excel file, or through individual generation/sending, you can specify the attendee/user data associated with the ticket/credential/card that will be displayed in the app or web validator if you select that option, and in the access reports.
It may happen that an error has been made in the registration of the attendee/user, or that a modification or update of some data is needed. To do this, you must access the attendee list for the ticket or credential category, or the user list for the card category.
For credentials and cards, a pencil-shaped button is enabled that shows a pop-up window and allows you to modify all the data, while in tickets, in the name column and in the id column, a pencil is also enabled so you can modify the data you need to modify.
